Create a bay window

Purpose

Create a bay window using the Wall Commands dialog

Prerequisites

If you are creating a wall and want to use settings other than the defaults, you must edit the Wall Settings. See Wall Settings for more information.

Steps

To create a bay window:

1. Open the main CS Truss Layout window.

2. Select Walls > Wall Commands.

The Wall Commands dialog displays.

3. Select Bay Window from the dropdown list under Wall Commands and enter the following information:
   • Front Wall Length
   • u,d,l,r (wall direction) and Endpoint
   • Wall Width (thickness of bay window, for example, the wall width that contains the window)
   • Angle of side walls

4. Click OK to save your changes.

The bay window is displayed with the specified length and direction.
